Situated between the 8th and 9th arrondissements, between the Arc de Triomphe and Place de la Concorde, Boulevard Haussmann is one of the great boulevards of Paris. Grands magasins, classic department stores (Galaries Lafayette, Le Printemps) and numerous international stores with luxury fashion brands are represented here. Offices, hotels, trendy clubs, upscale restaurants and modern apartment complexes can also be found over a street length of 2.53 kilometers. This area is also characterized as the business district of Paris.

Details

This apartment complex is built in the typical architecture Haussmannienne: based on the style of urban planner Haussmann (19th century). White sandstone complexes five to seven stories high, with slate and zinc roofs and the balconies typical of Paris. This complex consists of seven residential floors and is used for both commercial and residential purposes. The complex features four modern stores and nine beautiful apartments. The entrances are secured and a concierge is always present. There are three different staircases and one elevator system.
