Details

The 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments range in size from 51 sq. m. to 106 sq. m. All apartments feature a modern finished kitchen and bathroom, private outdoor space and parking. The apartments are gasless and equipped with an electric heat pump. In addition, sustainable and insulating materials have been used and a number of homes are equipped with solar panels.

Each apartment is equipped with a parking space located on-site and a bicycle storage room. It is additionally possible to rent additional parking spaces at an additional cost.

Location

Hoboken is the quiet getaway from the busy life of the Randstad. Rotterdam, Dordrecht and The Hague can be reached quickly by private or public transportation. Within walking distance of the complex is the Rhoon metro station, from here it is 15 minutes to the heart of Rotterdam. The nearby shopping center and village center are quickly reached on foot or by bicycle.
