With a ceiling height of 2.75 to 3.30 meters, the apartments feel extra open and spacious.

Most apartments have a private outdoor space in the form of a terrace/balcony or garden. The apartments without private outdoor space can of course enjoy the communal garden.

Accessibility

The location in relation to the center of Amsterdam is ideal; by car the center is reached within 15 minutes via the IJtunnel. By bicycle is even faster. 500 meters from the residential building is the ferry, which is 10 minutes from Amsterdam Central Station.
