Description

Greendustry is a beautiful residential development with 128 apartments, including parking and storage. A low, sustainable and intimate building with an awful lot of (communal) greenery.
The complex is located at ul. Romanowicza 6a in the heart of Krakow’s Zablocie district, adjacent to the Stare Podgórze and the Vistula River. In this area is also our residential building Krakusa and (apart) hotel Wegierska.

Details

There will be 128 apartments in Greendustry, including some double-story apartments, with private terraces/patios. Also special are the premium apartments, with a large terrace and a ceiling of no less than three meters! The building’s architecture was inspired by the industrial history of the Zablocie district. Loft-like apartments with lots of glass, wood and metal details.

The building has abundant greenery, from children’s playground to a green (communal) rooftop promenade. There are green nooks, terraces and courtyards everywhere. There are also carefully selected plants throughout the indoor common areas. The building addresses needs for a sustainable and comfortable lifestyle, including electric charging points for scooter bikes or cars, a (high) parking garage, refrigerated boxes for package storage and a doorman.

Construction of Greendustry is in full swing. Greendustry is expected to be completed in two phases, in late 2023 and late 2024.

Location

The centerpiece of the emerging Zablocie district is Oskar Schindler’s factory. Nearby are all kinds of alternative stores, galleries, new trendy restaurants and modern bistros and cafes in former warehouses.

Accessibility

Various public transportation is available in the area, making it possible to travel directly to the city center of Krakow.
