We recently purchased 17 apartments and a commercial unit in an old orphanage, which is transforming into beautiful apartments and lofts! The apartments are luxuriously finished and are located within walking distance of streetcar and subway lines that allow you to reach the beautiful city center within 15 minutes.

Details

Upon completion of construction work, the apartments are equipped with modern kitchen, bathroom and inventory. The apartments are rented with a minimum rental period of 1 year. The 17 lofts and studios are divided between a front house and a back house and have living areas of 29-55 square meters.

Location

The residential complex which is located at Krakusa 8 is located between the south bank of the Vistula River and Bednarskiego Park in Krakow. In the immediate vicinity of the complex are several supermarkets, restaurants, recreational facilities and tourist attractions.

Accessibility

Both the center of Krakow and the city’s main train station can be easily reached within 15 to 20 minutes by nearby public transportation.
