Trio

Trio Krakow is a complex of three modern designed residential buildings in the heart of Krakow. The complex is relatively new; it was completed in December 2019. As with other complexes, Van der Vorm will bring and maintain a high level of service and living experience for tenants in Trio Krakow. We see opportunities especially in the beautiful and green interior area. There are sketches for an outdoor fitness and a nursery garden with beautiful greenhouses: with these, we encourage meetings between residents.

Details

The complex contains 139 student houses and 152 apartments, most of them furnished. Underneath the complex is a garage for 155 vehicles. There are one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 26 to 100 m2, all with private balconies or terraces.

The student rooms/studios are furnished with sizes ranging from 14 to 23 m2 and have a kitchenette and private bathroom. There are several variants (student, student 1+1, studio comfort). The student rooms have a large common garden and other common areas.

Location

Trio has a nice location. The Old Town is within walking distance (10 minutes), as well as the main train station (5 minutes) and the university.
