Two-room apartment, Parc Fontaine

Eindhoven, Netherlands

Description

Living in Parc Fontaine means coming home to Eindhoven’s green heart. Directly adjacent to the leafy Stadswandelpark, three residential towers with luxury apartments and penthouses have been built here on Le Sage ten Broeklaan.

Location

The striking white buildings are located on a car-free biking and walking boulevard, allowing you to walk directly into the Stadswandelpark. The park is extended to the back of Parc Fontaine, so to speak, through the exclusively designed backyard. With this, the buildings actually become part of the park and overlook the greenery.

Details

The 39 luxury apartments in Parc Fontaine range in size from approximately 82 sq. m. to 129 sq. m. and are located in Betula and Tilia buildings. The building and the balconies are situated so that you can fully enjoy the sun and the beautiful view of the Stadswandelpark. All apartments have a sunny terrace or balcony facing south or southwest. The beautiful location of the buildings also allows for optimal privacy. Underneath the building is a spacious garage with ample parking for your car, as well as a private storage room for each apartment. The roof of the parking garage will be constructed under architecture and act as a private garden for the three residential towers. The private garden was designed by gardener Fons Linders from Nuenen and ensure that the beautifully landscaped garden integrates, as it were, with the Stadswandelpark.

At the front, the residential towers will be slightly elevated from street level. Situating the apartments on the first floor approximately 70 cm above ground level creates additional privacy and security. Together with the natural separation of the bike and walking boulevard and the fencing with vegetation on the private garden, this creates a pleasant and safe living environment.

The link to the park is also found in the naming of the project and the three buildings. Frans Fontaine was head of the parks department at the municipality of Eindhoven from 1953 to 1983 and thus responsible for the Stadswandelpark. The three apartment towers bear the names Betula, Tilia and Robinia: the Latin names for trees we see back in the park, namely the birch, linden and acacia.

The Betula and Tilia building will house a total of 39 rental apartments in the price range of €1,700 per month to €2,905 per month.
